If you are dissatisfied with the care your child received, please contact us. We want to make it right. Situations vary and will be reviewed on a per-case basis.


Memberships will automatically renew every month. Memberships can be edited anytime and changes will be reflected on the upcoming billing cycle.


Our memberships are renewed monthly. To opt out of continuing your membership, contact our staff in-person, on the phone, or via email to help@cannykids.com. Notice must be given to Canny Kids 3 business days before your renewal date.


Our center uses video surveillance to monitor activity and enhance safety. Entrance into our centers is equivalent to consent in video surveillance.
Photos of our activities may be used in social media. If you do not want your child to be included in those photos, please notify our staff.

Under extreme situations where a child is at risk of harming other children or teachers, Canny Kids may suspend memberships in 30, 60, 90, 120 or 360-day increments. During that time, memberships will be paused and can be resumed upon reinstation. Reasons for suspension include:

  • Child posing a risk of causing serious injury to him/herself or other children
  • Child habitually disregarding rules
  • Parent threatening physical or intimidating actions toward staff members
  • Parent verbally abusing staff members in front of children
  • Parent habitually tardy in picking up child (after center closing)

At the end of the suspension, a review will be held with the Canny Center Director to ensure children are ready to rejoin the class. The Director will evaluate the behavior before readmitting children.
